Abyan: 8 Soldiers Were Killed and Wounded in an AQAP Bombing

Today, 3 soldiers were killed and 5 others wounded in an AQAP bombing in the center of Abyan governorate, east of the capital city Aden.
A military source told "South24 Center" that an explosive device erupted in a military vehicle of the 5th Infantry Brigade in Mudiya district.
The attack is the first of its kind since the "Arrows of the East" operation against one of the government's Southern brigades which had also participated in the operation.
During the past months, the Southern forces were subjected to dozens of operations with explosive devices, which led to many casualties.
AQAP claimed responsibility for many of these operations, as well as other operations in the neighboring Shabwa governorate.
